CVPAF – How to Apply

facebookApplicants must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined in the CVPAF Funding Guidelines. Please review in detail prior to submitting an application.

Eligible applicants are invited to download and fully complete the Application Form.

Applications from inquiring students aged 18 and under can be submitted via email or mail. Applications are required to meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

  1. Applications must be FULLY COMPLETED
  2. Applications must be received by the submission deadlines – late submissions will not be considered.
  3. Mailed applications MUST BE RECEIVED not post-marked by the application deadline

Service providers (dance schools, music instructors, etc.) are required to be registered with the CVPAF in order for student funding applications to be accepted. Download and complete the Service Provider Form. The CVPAF encourages and invites all service providers to join the CVPAF membership network, but it is not a requirement for student consideration.

Applications are reviewed three times per year. The deadlines are as follows:

December 1st for Spring classes
August 1st for Fall classes

Funding decisions are made as soon as possible following the deadlines – please allow up to 1 week from the deadline for a reply. If you have a travel/workshop opportunity or urgent funding need outside of these application intake deadlines, please email us to discuss!
